Refund Policy

315Couture offers a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 7 days after receipt of the item(s).  All sale item(s) and conference sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Store credit is issued for the cost of the merchandise only.


  • Send an email to notifying us of your desire to exchange your item.
  • Mail the items you wish to exchange to the address provided on the package you received within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). ** You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s). 
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit via email. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only. Store credit can only be used on items within that category eg. Clothes returned credit can only be used on the return on clothes. Store credit CANNOT be used on new releases. 

*Please note that if you purchased item at a cluster/conference/regional event. Item is NOT eligible for exchange or returns.


Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging. If item show signs of being worn, washed, soiled, 315Couture reserve the right to refuse said item and customer will be charge a shipping fee to send damaged item back.
